Ten UK sites. £4,035 of value. No cost.
Why it's free. We're not giving equipment away. Where a site can participate in flexibility markets, we recover our investment from a share of the revenue those markets generate. You get the assessment, the controller, the installation and the platform at no cost. We get a site worth operating.
The controller stays ours. We supply, install and maintain it at no cost. It remains a Shockflo asset, so you carry no hardware risk and no maintenance liability.
And why now. Ten founding places in total. Two are already live and running; eight remain. Founding sites are the reference cases we build the business on — they get everything at no upfront cost, and they're first into market operation as each site is commissioned.
Shockflo is early. We need ten reference sites with real data, real integrations and results we can publish — more than we need ten invoices.
Genuine list prices, charged from site eleven onwards.

You're not out. You're just on a different route.
The founding programme is aimed at sites that can participate in flexibility markets. Most sites still have a strong case for savings without market participation — solar self-consumption, peak reduction, tariff optimisation and load scheduling.
